(“we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (as it may be amended from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”).  This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into the Company’s Terms of Use, available at https://www.transparentmba.com/terms-of-use (as it may be amended from time to time, the “Terms of Use”).  Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.  

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website located at: www.TransparentMBA.com (the "Company Website"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on or through the Company Website, any other website, mobile site, mobile applications or services operated or offered by the Company (together with the Company Website, the “Website”) or from e-mail, text and other electronic messages between you and the Company or the Website.

Children under the Age of 13

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your User Account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We Store Information in the United States

Information we maintain will be stored within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your Information to the United States.
